Forget Me Not
As the name implies, this plant makes a perfect gift for those occasions that you want the recipient to remember! As an aquatic perennial, Forget Me Nots host small, thumbnail-sized flowers with soft yellow centers. In addition, these beauties love water, making them one of the most versatile outdoor plants.
String of Pearls
If you are looking for something unique and eye-catching, String of Pearls is always worth a look! This houseplant is a leafy vine that features rounded leaves that look like peas, in a way. Like the Forget Me Not, String of Pearls also loves water. However, if pets are present in the home, make sure that this plant is out of their reach as it can be toxic.
Common Hyacinth
The Common Hyacinth is mainly noted for its powerful aroma and pointed flowers. In addition to the classic pink and red, this plant also comes in colors of purple, blue, and white. Like most plants, the common hyacinth requires frequent watering to achieve its fullest potential. However, the Common Hyacinth does not need as much as the two plants listed above.
Venus Flytrap
The Venus Flytrap was named after the Roman goddess of love and fertility. The plant is most known for its carnivorous means of getting its nutritions. However, even though it can feed itself, a Venus Flytrap still requires quite a bit of care. Thus, this plant should be given to people who have experience with plants and time to dedicate.
Persian Cyclamen
One of the things that makes a Persian Cyclamen a plant perfect for gifting is the heart-shaped petals! As a houseplant, with the proper care the Persian Cyclamen can grow up to eight inches tall making it a nice addition without overtaking the space. In addition, it is one of the easiest plants on this list to take care of. However, it is a slow growing plant. So, the Persian Cyclamen will need a bit of patience for it to grow further and bloom.
